Handy Shell Touch Style Icons Only

Added new touch style menu icon and complete in-app icons, its just the icons so you need to install the main app first (not provided).

Tested and working great with handy shell v1.04 on n85 and 5800.

*Make sure handy shell is NOT running when installing my mod

*A reboot is needed after installing.

File needs signing.

Im still tweaking this mod (testing a few new icons etc) so expect an update in few days.
