TrekBuddy 0.9.82 - GPS Tracking Application

It features capabilities such asGPS tracking and simple navigation bitmap maps (without zoom, you can store bitmap maps with different resolution instead) arrange maps as atlas for increasing and decreasing resolution trackloging in NMEA or GPX format compas screen (HPS) cockpit screen (CMS) location sharing via SMS with other trekbuddies and more.
It supports most commonly used map projections and grids, such as
Latitude/Longitude
Mercator
Transverse Mercator
Universal Transverse Mercator
Swedish Grid
British National Grid
Irish Grid
Swiss Grid
Lambert France I-IV as well as custom datums.
As a location source
bluetooth or serial port GPS
internal (integrated) GPS
NMEA file
O2 Germany network
may be used.

- simple waypoints sorting - by (natural) order, by name and by distance

- wpt picture taking improved for recent devices (-> higher resolutions, autofocus: snapshot format & resolution re-adjustement required in configuration) still no preview however
- added support for wav and mp3 sound formats
("wpt-reached" sound etc: use proper file extension)
- added support for "australian" geocaching GPX extension
- CMS: added {pace} and {wpt-img}
- Tracks available in navigation menu
- GPX: using locatime in timestamps
- let me know what you think about it, can revert it back to gmt in the next version: for tool authors: simplified extensions schema (nmea:rmc and nmeadr merged into nmea): multiple links support (for navigation guides)
- S60 backlight "fix" (?... newer version of TrekBuddyService is required for correct operation)
- added handling of maps with missing/corrupted tiles: error msg appears only of first load
